Is my 1964 nickel worth much? Does it have a double mint mark? I am a (very) new collector! Thank

Welcome. It looks like the die is a little bit worn and the mintmark is just a little filled, or mushy. Pretty normal for a 1964D nickel.

@Storibrooke....Welcome aboard.....I agree with @jmski52.... Cheers, RickO
Photos of that size are of little value. Even if it were a D/D you would still have the problem of finding someone who actually buys such items. (The 1964-D Nickel is extremely common.) There is a "cherrypicker" feeding frenzy on these boards these days. Be aware that most cherrypickers" don't pay premiums, they only cherrypick so find a buyer may be very difficult.
If anyone finds a 1964 D/D Jefferson identical to that found in cherrypickers guide, please message me, I need one for my set. The true FS501 is quite difficult to locate. As are most of the D/D years in the Jefferson series.
