I was looking at my trash can last night and noticed..................

It had a 'serial number' on it. We are surrounded by things with numbers on them. Find something and look up the cert to see what it is.
My trash can said ........15018350 and this is what I found. :smile:

    Fred I sincerely apologize, but I couldn't help it, however growing up in Simi, I admit I have perpetuated the tale by word of mouth that there is a quarter million dollar coin in the Simi Landfill as well as Joaquin's Treasure on the Pass

    Steve - well, with current grading standards,
    it's now a 65 or 66, and so $250K is reasonable.

    Only worth $65K when I threw it away.

    Pretty sad that was the first thing I thought of too...one persons legacy is another persons tragedy. I wonder if it was ever "recovered" from the abyss of trash?
