A fellow user here is a good friend of mine (FadeToBlack) has posted this one before as well as his images of it. However this is the first time it's been posted since it graded as far as I'm aware.
If anyone has some Irish pieces they would like to share I'd love to see them!
Hope y'all enjoy it! Cheers!

Also thanks to ShadyDave for subbing the coin for me.

Welcome!
That's gorgeous! I would happily own that piece. Based on this image, here is a coin I own that you might find attractive, too-

Very attractive Tom
I remember when you posted a thread on how surfaces of coins tone under different circumstances .
It was a great thread . Hope you resurrect it sometime .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
It does look like a perfect match haha. Beautiful example I really like it.
I collect mostly Irish for the moment. I'll be sharing more in the coming days.

Sweet, thanks for sharing !!!
Nice one Clio! I almost bought one of these the other night, but I decided against it because it didn't look as good as yours.
True to your word haha.

Back in the early 1980s when I was a brat, you could write to the Irish mint at Sandycove and get a pricelist - they were still selling the original 1928 sets and I wisht I had gotten one.
