Is that a 'natural' find? I have heard of natural silver formations, but never found one. Cheers, RickO
Cool!
Silver can form like that in nature. That one is exceptional!
I used to have 3 small ones (less than an inch tall) when I collected minerals
That's amazing, considering the trip through time and space (and the Earth's crust) that metal took, from the supernova that created the silver molecules, billions of years ago, to it's discovery, to the present location and owner. Ideally it continues to exist unchanged and appreciated for thousands, nay millions of years to come..

Interesting !!!
there is a gem and mineral shoe next weekend in Central AR. I think I may be getting the collecting itch again!
Very Cool!
way cool, i like
How much does something like that sell for?
Thousands.
So much for perspective. 7 meters tall? 7 feet? 7 inches or 7mm?
bob
I assumed cm but it's always nice to state the units of measurement.

Yeah...I just copied and pasted from a geology site I frequent. Usually these are listed as CM, but could be anything. It's uniqueness is not diminished.
