Are there many red So-Called Dollars from the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition / AYPE?
I haven't seen many aside from this one from CoinAppraiser.com. Anyone know its whereabouts?

Nope, I don't, but I like it, I thinks it neat !!!
Very nice. Good catch.
I found it in the Pocket Guide that came a couple weeks ago. A quick snap of the page with my phone
Interesting that one is gold plated.
I'm getting interested in So-Called-Dollars. Your Yukon is a winner.
They are very interesting and have a lot of history, but this one isn't mine. I'm in search of it since I haven't seen any others this red.
Wow, that one is very red. I haven’t seen one that clean and red.
Sorry can’t help as to where to find one

I managed to buy a few of them on EBay. There out there, or I was extremely lucky. I will try and find them and post some pics. But since I am in Alaska I tend to look for the Alaska label to buy.
Only reason I can think of on buying them. I too have been collecting So called dollars. There was a web site dedicated to them. It’s posted somewhere on this site back in January. Do a search it should pop up.
Just found mine it is not red like that picture. More dark brown
Haven't seen one that red and have spent the last decade helping a collector friend put a whole high grade set of these in all metal types together.
Gilt.
Here's a duplicate from his set in Gem RB which took over 6 1/2 years to upgrade.
It says “Gold-Plated” in the photo of the Pocket Guide page. What is the difference?
I believe they are gold gilt brass not bronze.
Who wrote this pocket guide?
Have to ask @Kudbegud who posted the image.
It looks like Jeff Shevlin and Bill Hyder given the SH number.
Zoins is correct. Jeff Shevlin.
Here is the web page. Scroll down to see the pocket guide. I almost bought the full hard bound but opted for the pocket guide for now
so-calleddollar.com/
There is more info including a fixed price list.
Here is the only one I have. Others are Jeff Shevlin restrikes.
Check out my discovery thread on Jeff's restrikes:

Thank you Zoins interesting link. Its interesting how rough they came out with all the scratches. Made me at first take a close look but I guess that was part of the finished look.
Here's a strange dual date 1909 AYPE (obv)/ 1908 Seattle Chamber of Commerce (rev) medal I picked up. It is 31 mm and weighs 12.7 g. and appears to be silver. Yes, it's seen better days. The reverse seems to be overstamped given the background images seen in the background of the, "One for all All for one" logo.
I haven't seen that one before. You have a great Alaska Yukon collection.
Thanks Zoins, I've been blessed with incredible DUMB luck locating AYPE medals. Here is another recent find...
