1989 D penny doubling

Was wondering if this is maybe some doubling on this penny. It also has a weird look like it was struck right or maybe off just a little there are some strange lines above United as well. Thank you again have a good night.

No. Quit wasting your eyesight looking for unimportant "doubling errors". I don't know who started or is pushing this trend but perhaps it is someone who is trying to hype such material. Ignore the hype.

tell you what any doubling error you find send it to PCGS and see if they agree with you, that way you will know if you have a major error or a minor one

do i rejoin the form and try and sell coins and show off some coins or not? (very hard choices)
