2004 liberty cent odd mint mark (?maybe?) And too much going on for this beginner to even decipher.

Absolutely may be nothing. But I have enjoyed staring at it for quite some time now, will likely continue to do so off and on regardless of value. Lol.
If there is anything you find intriguing and want/need more specific pics let me know and I'll try my best. 😁😀

It is hard to tell from your photos.
Is the Mintmark filled in with metal? If so that would be a die chip minor error.
It appears to be damaged....nothing special that I can see....Cheers, RickO
Based on the rest of the coin being
damaged and corroded, I believe
the MM is also just damaged in that area.
Looks like damage from about 3:30 to 4:30 obv.
On my screen I don't even see a mint mark. It would have to be a D and it seems to be in the wrong place. If the spot is raised, I assume it is a bubble in the zinc....
Just some personal advice for new collectors: if you are looking at errors, the secret is not to look more closely (or longer) at your coins, but to look at more coins. If you look too long or too closely, after a while you will start seeing things that are not importance. Volume is the key.
I appreciate the advice. I cant get a great picture of it, but it doesnt seem like the standard bubbles I have seen. I just moved, but I will set up my lighting soon and try to get a better shot on it. It's kind of hard when my loupe got stolen and I dont have my set up.
That's kind of what I meant by looking back at it off and on. I figured it was nothing, but so far it's my best example of several different imperfections that's still in good enough shape to get a decent look at it as a reference piece.
