Two Rings and Odd Wear

Thank you to all that answered my questions on the above subjects. They're not the answers I wanted to hear, but they're the ones I'm stuck with. Back to searching. Thanks again.

@Alfred76 .... You are welcome..... the answers you get here, though perhaps not the desirable information, are usually correct. We have the leading numismatic experts as members and they are generous with their expertise. Cheers, RickO

Well, I beg to differ just a little, Alfred. The answers may not have been what you hoped for, but they help bring you closer to being able to spot real errors.

Knowledge is power, so the more you have of one, the more you will have of the other. Errors are not common but they are out there, so the sooner you learn what to look for the sooner you will find them! So, the learning process is a very critical and positive step. (And by the way, almost all of us never stop learning - we are always learning something new).

This is well put. At the risk of sounding over the top, let me say it is a blessing and privilege to have found this forum and to learn from the members.Help and guidance, in any area of life, is not always this accessible.
