This kind of renders PCGS's published Turn-around-times meaningless...

I dropped off a submission at the FUN show July 12, yet it showed up on MyOrders only recently as having been received 8/31.
Customer Service gal just gave a bunch of double-speak regarding this.
So that's how it is now, huh?

Hi @georgiacop50,
I was not able to locate a PCGS submission in our system based on your email address tied to your forums account, can you DM me here or email me at dtalk@Collectors.com so I can look further into this for you? Please include your PCGS customer number and the submission or order number you'd like me to review, if you do not have your PCGS customer number, please provide the email address associated with your PCGS Collectors Club account.
In general, we transport from shows to our office via armored courier, the packages usually arrive at our California office the Wednesday or Thursday following the show. Depending on the volume submitted to us at the show and incoming packages to our office, show orders may not be entered until the following week (the week following when the armored courier packages were received at our facility). We do our best to enter and process orders as quickly as possible but orders may be delayed for quite a few reasons.
Once orders are entered into the PCGS system, we do our best to finalize them within the estimated turnaround time for whatever the selected service level is.
I apologize if our team gave you doublespeak, it was not intentional, sometimes we have very limited information other than being able to let you know the order is not completed yet.
Thank you,

So, your submission was missing for 6 weeks and you never inquired?
You must be the most patient submitter ever.
Good luck, I hope it works out for you !!!

@georgiacop50 .....So did the issue get resolved? Did Mr. Talk get back to you? Cheers, RickO
Yeah, I don't know. I supplied David Talk with the info he requested but still have not heard any explanation. Haven't heard anything at all.
I am surprised because usually he is very helpful...great guy! I am guessing he is working behind the scenes on this one?
Great reminder that our host is very involved in customer service.
I am impressed. Peace Roy

Hi @georgiacop50,
I replied to your original post before leaving the office Tuesday for the Long Beach Expo, I didn't see your DM until today.
I've replied to your DM but will provide this answer in case the other forum users find it helpful.
Standard (non-Bulk) orders are able to be seen on customer's online accounts as soon as the order is entered into the PCGS system. Bulk orders are processed slightly different and you are not able to see them on your online account until they are completed or are almost completed.
If anyone has questions on the status of a Bulk order, please feel free to give our Customer Service Staff a call at 1-800-447-8848 and ask for the Bulk Department.
Also, as to your original post, we do not provide estimated turnaround times for Bulk orders on our website. The best way to find out turnaround times is to talk with our Bulk team prior to submitting your Bulk order.
Thank you,

Well heck, now I wanna see the grade you got!!
That VF20 better come back MS69 after this fiasco!!!
Thanks for the explanation David. The thread would never have gotten started if only the CS gal I spoke with could have given the simple explanation you provided.
I sent in 8 coins in June and it took exactly 25 days on the economy submission. I then sent in 5 in July and it took 10 days on the economy submission. I guess I got lucky second submission. I've never placed one at a show, so I have no opinion in its regards. I am satisfied with their time frame for 6 submissions in the last year.

This thread is worthless without GRADES.
