Two Rings on Penny

Two Rings
There are two rings on the obverse side of this coin. The first ring passes through the B in LIBERTY, goes around the top of the head of Lincoln, underlines the word TRUST, then passes through the Denver mint mark of D, and finally goes on to the B in LIBERTY.
The second ring is larger in diameter than the first ring but it is not as easy to spot. It goes from the top of the L in LIBERTY, toward the I in IN GOD WE TRUST, picks up again at the ending T of TRUST, goes to the right of the 3 in the date, fades then picks up again just under the D in the Denver mint mark. It continues under Lincoln's shoulder and passes through the VDB initials and fades as it goes back toward the L in LIBERTY.
Also on the obverse side there are six or more faint lines parallel to each other that travel just over Lincoln's right cheek bone and his right eye at an angle of about 30 degrees.
The reverse side has no visible markings of these two rings.
Any ideas?

Damage from a rolling machine.
Or maybe Coinstar machine. Not a mint issue.
Counting machine damage, although
the term 'rolling machine' is back again
as a popular term nowadays.
I am not an expert on coin-related machinery, but I figure you can't roll coins without counting them, but you can count them without rolling them.

Machine damage as previously stated... Welcome to the forum.
Post-mint machine damage. Worth exactly one cent.
@Alfred76 .....Welcome aboard.... PMD as noted by all above.... Cheers, RickO
