On a separate note, how did this gem of an error ever occur? Aren't proof coins fed into the press by hand and packaged manually (maybe there is some automation in packaging)?

I imagine that she is well known in parts of of Hawaii for doing good things.
Except underwater where the fish run (?) when they see her swimming their way with her speargun.
And just in case she somehow suggests she "owes" us any kind of debt of gratitude, she should be reminded that this is just a little payback for all the good things she has already done.
