....actually, Peace Dollars with laminations and
small clipped planchets, are fairly common.

than most of the others too....... ?

I see the additional lam. area in the "LIB",
but not sure what area you're referring
to as to 'down below to the rim and
...all thru to the left edge"
The dark spot on the rim at 7:00 isn't
connected to the lamination, imo.

I like it. What I like about collecting lams./delams. is,I think I can safely note, that no 2 are exactly alike. Similar, yes. But each one has it's own unique quality.

Pretty cool. Peace dollar errors are rare in general. Too bad it’s otherwise in such poor condition.
Interesting error. Just wait @ErrorsOnCoins will probably have some good info on that one.
Poor coin! Those are true lamentation delaminations.

Hard to believe it circulated as long as it apparently did....but I guess a buck is a buck!
Nice error coin... I like it.
Altho a lower grade this coin has nice eye appeal because of the laminations position and look of the lamination.
I like it.

It looks as if the defective piece(s) were pulled off early in circulation...just an impression I get from the picture....Cheers, RickO

That is one I would have like to have seen right out of the bag.

Love it. I'm a big fan of impressive laminations and this is one to me.
While there are many lamination error coins, only very few of them stand out.
I guess my eyes don't see what you guys are seeing. I wouldn't have bought it for the price of it's silver content. Sorry....
