Had this out and I figured I'd grab pics, this was only recently eclipsed as my favorite Merc.

All of them long gone. TT had a strange hidden reserve feature that Goddard and Oppenheimer would have had difficulty deciphering.
Chance favors the prepared mind.
Checked my database...and was shocked to see that I have 59 Teletrade coins! (And I know I've sold a few). It was a much bigger source of coins than I remember!
One of my BIG purchases (old pics):
1914D, PCGS MS-63
I still have the TT image too ...
If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

Most of my TT purchases were back in the '90's before images. I still have 88 coins - sold 45.
The digital album in my sig line is about 25% TT coins.

Still got a bunch - But I think PCGS no longer list Teletrade coin auction when Cert numbers are checked.

I have a TT chopmarked Trade Dollar...I did not get it from TT, but the person I purchased it from did....Cheers, RickO
The main thing I was into teletrade for was civil war tokens that they had listed. It was a great source for nice ones in the 80-250 price range. I picked some nice ones and they always had a great variety to bid on each week. I miss that but glad it happened at all.
You have to hold your nose to get the correct enunciation.

Plus the phantom flower pot that threw out "incremental" bids. I thought that the reserves were set by the consignor.

A few still hanging around!
i still have a few laying around as well. im glad I didn't part with them
The only one I know of off hand is the 1997 SMS Jefferson nickel is SP69FS.
Better late than never, (but certainly more relevant to the thread): I found the original TT photo of my Saint.
(Had to convert from GIF to JPG for it to display properly here).
I bought a few coins in their earliest days-pre internet.
They used to mail a VHS tape with pictures of the coins and I think that I remember using a landline telephone to bid.
That dime is breath taking!!
I still have a handful.
Sold many. Bought few. None are still with me.
If no one else placed a bid before the auction opened, the opening amount was 7 bid increments below the reserve amount. By looking at the opening bid amount, I could calculate what the reserve was on most of the lots I was tracking. Any lot that went up 8 or more increments was going to sell.
The 1923 Mercury dime is beautiful. Show us a picture of the dime that took its place as your favorite.
Only example I have left from TT...........
My first example of the series purchased from TT in 2010:

Most of my Teletrade purchases were commemoratives, all of which I sold a couple of years ago. I only have 4 other purchases left.
Proof Buffalo Registry Set
Capped Bust Quarters Registry Set
Proof Walking Liberty Halves Registry Set
These are some of my grabs on Teletrade I was talking about before.
Last survivor is my first graded coin.

There is very little corossion. It now sits in my Dansco 7070. It might grade if submitted again.
I think this is one.

Successful Trades: Swampboy,
Wow that coin is clean. What’s the grade?
I had some questions about a bid process on one coin and I was sent a bid history for the lot. IIRC it showed at least one "incremental" bid which was attributed to a computer bumping/shilling the lot.

Thanks. I was actually expecting an MS grade. Looks like a 68!
That photography is almost as nice as the coin! What a great shot.
Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
I bought this one on ebay. Later I found the picture from Teletrade (and was pleased to discover I won the ebay auction for less than the final Teletrade price).
