This is my first trueview and I guess its apparent now as to why it missed 69. With the spots? And why only Cam? Thanks in advance!

Impossible to tell from pictures, even these. I imagine the spot by the I in LIBERTY, spittle stain on the neck, and perhaps the stain at the end of the queue came into play, but there's a lot that can't be seen from a single picture. I'm also going to guess that the cameo contrast on the reverse isn't strong enough for DCAM.
Your best answer is going to come from showing it in person to a modern proof specialist.

I think the photo was taken to highlight the toning instead of the contrast.

Looks like a 69 to me....
So the dcam pics always seem to be depicted with black fields such as my handle pic of the same coin. Is that done on purpose as I did by covering some of the light or does it happen naturally because of deeper mirroring?
Based on the picture, definitely not a DCAM.... appears to lack the solid CAM and deep mirrors... of course, a lot of that may well be lighting..... Cheers, RickO
