I have questions on this unusual Morgan 1900-O. Maybe double struck? Maybe O/CC?

I bought this coins for around $75 at an estate sale. It kind of intrigues me for 3 reasons:
1. They claimed it was double struck, but I am not sure
2. It sort of looked like O/CC but now I think it is maybe just strange coloring?
3. It has the weird toning on the eagles breast, is that natural or damage?
I am not very familiar with mint errors and was wondering if you all thought this would be worth submitting?
I have a few pics here, the first one is the best look at the supposed double strike around the "one dollar" area. The other two are just overall pics of the coin.
Off to drink beer, thanks in advanced!

Double struck often refers to a major error where the coin has shifted or rotated and is struck again. Like this one:
The doubling that you see on some 1955 or 1972 cents, for example is referred to as a doubled die. This is not that either. It might be an O/CC. Can you take a close-up picture of the mintmark straight on?
Check out www.pcgscoinfacts.com and search for this variety to compare yours.
The toning is a natural reaction that happens over time. In this case it will not change the value much. Do not attempt to clean it.

Agree. I think it is just an O. Maybe slight machine doubling.
Yeah, when you get real close it just looks like discoloring.
Nothing special to my eyes. Regular O, and machine doubling, not a DDR
Thanks for the second pic. This appears to be a normal O. It looks fairly clean, maybe MS64. It is very hard to grade from those pictures. A 64 would be worth about $55 raw and up to $70 in a holder, so it is not worth getting graded unless it would go at least 65.
It is not double struck...some mild machine doubling....Cheers, RickO
Not the O/CC

I'm afraid it is just a very ordinary Morgan with poor eye-appeal.
no o/cc, jmo

Please -- if you don't understand what you are buying and do not have the knowledge to independently assess any claims made by a seller, then you really should not bid. You lost at least $25 on the deal and have an ordinary, common coin in return.
