Dr. Wilkison's Stellas

I posted a new blog today - the 7th installment of the Dr. Wilkison Gold Patterns. It turns out that the good Doctor traded his four Stellas prior to the big sale of his collection to Paramount. I could not match any of the plates in Akers book on Gold Patterns, so I'm wondering...does anyone out there know where Dr. Wilkison's Stellas ended up? Akers references a Texas collection, but it wasn't Bass or the Dallas Bank Collection. I'd love to hear from anyone who has information about these coins.

No information to add, but the Stella is my favorite (out of reach) coin.

Edit to add: I tried to access your blog through two different browsers with no success.

I got to study one '79 Flowing Hair in hand and it was gorgeous.
Certainly a #1 dream coin for me.

I look forward to reading your blog with my morning coffee @BestGerman

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

I fixed the link and it should appear properly now. Thanks for pointing it out.

A reasonable guess, but none of Simpson's coins match the plates. That assumes that the images in Akers' book are the actual Wilkison coins.
