Oddball Mantle - Help ID it?

I am really not quite sure what I have here. It is a vintage 5x7 photo and not in perfect shape but pretty cool - the crowd in the background is animated. Anyone know what it’s ‘called’?

Any help is appreciated. The date that is stamped on may or may not have anything to do with it - I don’t know. I usually can ID most items I find via the books and webpages available but this one is a head scratcher...
