Anybody out here heard from Type2 lately?

He hasn't been on since 8/12 and he is in California dealing with fires out there, Just wondering if everything is OK with him.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The last time I heard from him was about week ago and I know he is the Fire Chief or Captain for the Forrester Interior dept. He talked about ways to ready his engines etc. I hope he's taking a vacation somewhere away from CU.
I'm sure he will be around soon. Most likely taking care of business.

The fire situation in CA is very bad right now. He is likely fully involved, even if not in his area... it is so bad that reserves are being called in from everywhere not already involved in their own fires. Cheers, RickO

I'm sure he is busy and has not got the time for computers right now.
If anyone has an actual NAME for him, it might be worth searching.
Up this way, some firefighters have died at their jobs and the accounts have been in the paper.
As bad as that sounds it is a possibility, but I don't know his actual name.
I've dealt with him in the past, so looked his name up, and didn't find any bad news. Where did you see that he was a firefighter? I found a business online I believe he may own, so called to check. I didn't want to say I knew him from a coin forum, in case he keeps that incognito, but they said he wasn't available right now. It was hard to explain how I knew him, so they didn't want to give me too much info, lol.
I think our fires are just about contained. We've saved nearly three full acres from danger.
This place has been heat and smoke for about a month and a half.

Now I'm starting to worry, Type2 is a posting machine.
I hope everything is OK for him.
He gets busy every now and then. Like someone else did, above, and mentioned, I also just did an online search using his real name and didn't see any recent news. So, I am going under the assumption that things have him busy and the forum is low on his priorities for the moment, but that nothing bad has happened.
He's a really good guy and I wish him safety down there right now and to see him when he gets the chance and has some down time.

Wow thanks all every thing is good spiked out for 3 days all is good We just got demobed and will be home in two day's. Thank you all for your support and my condolences to are falling trying to keep every one safe.
