    Well... If one wanted to make personalized silver bars..(no indication of that in the video), that would be the way - reverse engrave/stamp the mold and voila'...Other than that...Cheers, RickO

    A friend of mine did something similar to show me a pour in person. Luckily it was a generic bar that he melted so no loss of anything interesting.

    It doesn’t seam like he improved his situation. Went from one bar to another of the same shape. I could see melting shot into a desired bar shape, but not that, unless the one bar was stolen and they’re trying to erase the evidence.
