picked this up a while back at local coin shop
Looks like a Dan Carr silver medal that's been antiqued.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.
I bought it back in 1995 at the coin shop in town. he didnt know much about it as he doesnt deal with much american. he specializes in canadian, foreign and ancient coins
What does the other side look like?? Cheers, RickO
Nice!
we need a picture of the obverse like ricko said
let me get you a pic of the obverse.. first pic was taken with my tablet and the obverse if off my scanner.
I'd be curious to know what @dcarr thinks of the product from a technical standpoint. Seems pretty good but not quite as nice as his.
That is a fairly nice silver round. I've seen that same format with other designs such as a Barber and a 1964 Kennedy: The details on both are a little off and/or lacking, but a decent job.
Nice !!!
nothing compares to the Dan!! Neat token @slimies

I think they were made by the private Highland Mint. The Walking Liberty and Kennedy both have a "HM" mint mark similar to this:

I doubt it. Dan never marks his work with "COPY," which is why his works generate controversy.
Thanks the HM is next to the Y of copy. Peace Roy
