This showed ip on my Facebook page today.
This error coin is a 1981 cent struck on a 20 gram copper planchet - a planchet used for small US Mint Medals. This oddball error is graded PCGS MS65RB.
Would not this error have to be 'hand fed' into the press?

Wow! We have fake news, fake boobs and now fake errors!
Cool, though
perhaps someone meted the penny till all you see is that portion of the coin.
Best place to buy !

Freakish. Cool looking but obviously contrived.
BTW - how do they slab something like that?
First they hold their nose......
Obviously a late night at the mint contrivance....Hard to call pieces such as this errors...since, IMO, it is an intentional creation for individual profit. Cheers, RickO
Cents were struck on dual and quad presses during that time period. The illustrated item is a total fraud and fake.
Don’t worry. Somebody will blindly defend it.
I defend it, and I am filing an ADA suit against you for degrading my sight condition.
Can we go back to the fake boobs bit again? That would be just terrible to post some pictures....
Well, just Love coins, period.
