Went back to silver beach. First target was a merc. Not a lot of low tones but managed some keepers.

10 silver coins - some are busted pretty good
2 sterling jewelry- both busted pretty good as well

This side is a bit more rough on silver.

The next hunt there has the possibility at breaking some big milestones.

Right now I’m at 797 wheat cents at that beach. Will probably cross 800 next time. Also at 494 silvers there (391 coins and 103 jewelry) - so may be able to cross the 500 mark. ALSO I’m at 989 silver coins since getting back into detecting in 2009. So it’s possible to break the 1,000 mark next hunt.

Hoping to get back soon to try crossing those goals.

Wow... that is just a fantastic site ...and I know you will break those records when next you go there. That medal with the 'hearts' is interesting...what is on the other side?? Cheers, RickO

I’m thinking it was part of a child’s tea set. Maybe a little plate? That’d be my best guess. Other than that I’m not sure what else it could be.
