I thought it was quite the grade for this one I think it's pretty pretty too. My good friend, Las Vegas Ted, pointed this one out to me a while back and I forgot all about it, until just now when I ran across it in one of my boxes. Thanks, Ted
Thanks to all for looking too.
Any and all comments are welcome.
Happy hunting, Joe

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Thanks Mark
Is it me, or is that thing a proof? Looks like CAM devices to be. Great look for a MS coin.

That coin, from the photo, can not be a circulation strike. It looks like a proof coin to me, a very attractive toned proof coin. What say you Joe. Is it a proof?
If it is a proof, the label in the slab is a mechanical error.
Yes it is in fact a proof. I was wondering how long it would take before someone chimed in with this particular remark.
You got it, Kevin
It says on the label it's an MS coin. I gotta say I disagree.
Thanks
Funny I didnt really look at the label. I just assumed it was a proof

Nice coin..it does look like a proof. I wonder why the MS ??
Cause it’s a proof.
Apparently pcgs made some kind of mistake either with the grade or some labeling mishap.
Love it!!
Knowledge is the enemy of fear
Stunning Lincoln Cent!! And somehow, when I looked at the holder, my mind read PR66RB. I didn't even "see" the mistake until it was pointed out. LOL
@crazyhounddog
I forgot to mention that.. that cent has killer toning.
Very nice.
Hoard the keys.
Looks like a Proof to me and a beauty!
@crazyhounddog ...Those are fantastic photo's.... and a very nice cent as well.... Cheers, RickO
Sure looked like a proof to me. Great color. And even @Ricko likes it!
Kind regards,
George
I vote proof also. Such a beauty. Great coin, Joe, and thanks for sharing.

If it has these die dots on the bridge of his nose - its a proof. And I think I see them on your coin.
Nice coin. Have not seen LasVegasTeddy post in a while.

Beautiful proof Joe. Nicely toned proofs from 1950-1953 are tough to find.

Proof for sure, I just assumed based on the look; didn't even realize the label said MS.
GREAT coin Joe. Very rare with color.........Pop 10 with none better in 66RB. In 66 BN Pop is 4 with none better.
OINK
Thank you for that information my coin brother. I had no idea the pop was so low.
You da man
The icing on the cake is that 1951 is my birth year. Yes I’m an old fart. Old, grouchy and mean as hell.
No doubt it's a proof. Very nice coin!

Got ya by 4 years (1947). I was walking around talking coins while you were still messing your pants!
Thank you for my hard laugh of the day So I’m a spring rooster compared to you. Is that what you’re saying?
Be careful of those hard laughs at our age!
I’ll try but sometimes it’s really hard not to laugh
No comment on those pants.....for fear of being banned!
Very nice colors on that proof! So, can you imagine if PCGS got it right and it was a PL business strike??? Now, that would be awesomeness in my book! Of course, I collect PL's so I'm partial...
Very nice Lincoln.
Not quite as nice as the pants, but still nice.
MOST BEAUTIFUL Lincoln
I like it a lot. Speaking of Las Vegas Teddy, I haven't seen him post in a while. I hope all is well with him.
Ted is just fine. He’s doing great with his coin collection and is just as happy as can be. He is a close friend of mine and I’m proud to be able to say that about my man, Ted.
Thanks to all for the comments on the business strike that isn’t and thank you, Ted, for pointing this one out to me.
Happy hunting, Joe
Makes me want to go do this...
I have actually seen guys with their pants so far down they had to hold them up with one hand.
They would be at a real disadvantage in a fight.
Or running from the cops
Thank you for your help and the link you sent me on this subject.
Very much appreciated my coin brother, Bob
That's a real stunning Lincoln, Joe!!
Those colors are incredible.
Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍
