2008 Alaska State quarter error extra claw

Hi guys just wondering if anyone knows what error this is I have seen a few on the internet but most of the just look like die chips according to some of the other forums mine looks a little different than that to me it looks like an extra claw. help would be greatly thank you

No I have purchased a red book but not an actual error book I went to get one at my local book store book but they sold out I am waiting till they have one avalible I don't use credit or debit card cards much I usually use cash
And I never asked about this quarter before I looked through my most recent post

Could be a little die break or some damage to the working die. It's not a hub issue.
