how do you make a PCGS Digital album viewable to the public

I can't seem to make my Digital albums viewable to the public
I'm trying to create a link that would take a viewer directly to my album but when I create a link
it says "not viewable by the public". I know that it is possible to do as when asked to vote on the best digital album for 2018, the links take you directly to their album to view. Any help would be appreciated

While you are on your album page, click on the icon that looks like the CBS icon (in black circle).
This will take you to your public page. Copy the address in the address bar to create a link...........this should work.

I also had to "publish" my album under the settings icon
