2014 cent reverse effects

Just a 2014 cent but the reverse has several diagonal mark lines between and behind Pluribus and Unum. Also a small cud on top rim of shield above L. Are the lines engraving tool marks or lamination pressure or what. Peace Roy

    Prob Struck on a bad Planchet if incuse , marks already on the planchet prior to striking .Neat Find but no premium.

    One comment... a cud has to be on the rim of the coin....What you see looks like a die chip or part of the other marks you mention...Cheers, RickO
