The dime looks AT. The Quarter might be legit but is borderline environmental damaged.

I would get them stabilized, they have toned enough, many would say too much.

Tpgs probably not. Get them in airtight holders dark area climate control. SDB would be good if you have one.

Kind of tough for me to tell from the image, but the dime looks AT to me.
They look nice and crusty. But as DollarAfterDollar said borderline environmental damaged.
