Anything wrong with this 1916 D Buff's front leg?

I was looking at this coin through a microscope because I thought the F was missing, but can barely make it out, so it wasn't, but while I was looking I noticed the front leg looked incomplete. Opinions, please.

Weak strike. Not a 3 leg.
Could it be considered a 3 1/2 leg?
There is a 3 1/2 leg 1916 D Buffalo Nickel FS-901. I wondered about that but not a collector of such, so not very knowledgeable.

No-not a 3 1/2 legged. It looks a little odd, tho. A better pic would help.
