I am not sure exactly how much rotation is exactly there

as the quarter is a little to the right. So I believe it would show a tad bit more rotation of center. Either way it isnt much so I put it in a case to better show the rotation.

    Fun, but not valuable unless it's more like 45 degrees plus and even then only a little bit.

    Minor rotated die, unless it exceeds 45 degrees, it usually is just 'interesting'...in other words, no added numismatic value. Cheers, RickO
