Error Expert Needed: Is this an off-center, broadstrike, or misaligned die error?

Not sure which this. I am thinking it is not a misaligned die because it is off on both sides instead of one.

Any educated guesses?

The reverse seems more offcenter than the obverse, so maybe a touch of both misaligned and offcenter?

@Matthews34....Welcome aboard.....Looks like it could be both.... and a bit rotated as well... Cheers, RickO
