Roosevelt dime - odd looking year...

I suspect that this is just wear, but the ‘4’ looks nothing like my other worn 1964 dimes... I included a normal dime on top to compare against (not that you don’t know what they look like, but so you get a fee for the lighting and my poor photo skills); the bottom is the questionable one. Is this anything of interest, or just normal wear? Thanks.

They are both worth silver.
Just damage on the 4
That is PMD on the 4... nothing of numismatic interest..... However, it is silver, so that is good.... Cheers, RickO

From the image it looks like damage.
It could be a die chip in the 4 AND damage also.....I'd have to examine it, but it sure looks like damage.
