Has the Variety Attribution service been slow for anyone else lately?

I have a single coin in to PCGS now as a mechanical error in which the variety attribution needs to be verified. Although it’s been only a few weeks, I have called a few times and every time I have been told the variety attribution dept is very backed up right now.
Anyone else know about this service being exceptionally slow lately?

My last long one took over 60 days but that was for some civil war ones. But I waited patiently glad I did too.

right and slow is better than fast and wrong.
I've done 3 VA submissions this year, each with 8 - 14 coins. The turnaround time from being noted as received to shipped was 15 calendar days to 23 calendar days.
That department has had issues for much too long.
Let me
put something into perspective...
None of you are the only folks in the world! Now I don't have a clue how many attributions this particular TPGS gets a day but think about this. Decades ago one person could handle all attributions. I know. Things are much different now. I'll guarantee that each day they get more coins in than go out. So each day the backlog builds up.
Now, 500+ calls a day come in to the TPGS: "Where's my coin? :'( Each time one of you call a TPGS (except in special circumstances) you are slowing down the processing of your coins and those of EVERYONE!
Get a life an stay off the phone. A TPGS wants to return your coins AFAP - it's good business! If you want fast service split your orders up (I'll jump a box of 5 attributions over one with 50 in a heartbeat) or try an alternative TPGS.
I expect this truth to bounce off deaf ears and cause uninformed posters to write about "service," "turnaround time," etc. Go ahead and post "what should be" as I need a good laugh this evening - I'm doing attributions.
