I have nothing there at this time, but judging from the forum messages, I would say many have mentioned this issue. Cheers, RickO

I am currently on calendar day 26 of a regular submission, taking into account the Holiday, a one day hold and one show it still has me past the stated 18 days. hopefully it posts today or else I'll lose another 3-4 days to another show. the show precedence is the thing that rubs me the wrong way but I "get" that it's about money.

also, to my way of thinking it doesn't make sense to have a shorter posted turn-around time(18 days) that is harder to meet and clearly stresses members when it is consistently not met. if PCGS posted a turn-around time of 22-24 days that they consistently beat it would seem to be better for Customer Relations, but I digress.

it isn't like there is another reasonable alternative for me.

What rubs me the wrong way is when it takes 12 calendar days to be logged into their system.

yes, there are distinct flaws in what takes place after an order is received that seem illogical, counter to smooth flow and almost designed to test a submitters patience. I would have thought that to be a major consideration with the "move" that was recently made but it hasn't showed itself yet.

most large Corporations go through things like this and figure it out.

I had an Uncle who worked in Material Control for a large manufacturing concern. he told me that when he first started to work for them the flow was nice and smooth: receiving docks on one end of the plant and shipping docks on the other end, material flowed in, went to where it needed to be and flowed out as a finished product. as they grew and became congested in the same building things got confusing and slowed somewhat. it was still like that when he retired, but now he could tell the story and find the humor in it.

    we aren't there yet!! :)

The longer they take, the more I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. :flushed:
