When do the 2018 "Blue Banners" appear?

Does anybody know about when the 2018 Certificates for the best of the registry appear?

I called PSA and the service rep seemed to have no clue.

    I think they are for the number 1 set of that category
    each year gets a banner

    Collecting PSA... FB,BK,HK,and BB HOF RC sets
    1948-76 Topps FB Sets
    FB & BB HOF Player sets
    1948-1993 NY Yankee Team Sets

    Right, I get that part, and I know 5/31 was the deadline to get any updates in. Just none of them have appeared yet.

    I think it's another month. Deadline was end of May, awards and banners are end of June...
