Does this qualify as full bands?

1949-D dime I thought about submitting. It would have to make at least MS66 to be worthwhile though that ding in his hair probably prevents that.

No, top band, left side does not appear to be full.
Hope I'm wrong!

Top band doesn't look full.
The top band is weak on the left side... and I think there 'may' be too many dings overall to get a 66.... Still a nice dime....Good luster... Cheers, RickO
Very close, but I agree with the others. Nice dime though.
I have seen weaker coins in FB holders.
This coin has a shot at FB, but I would want a lock before I submitted it.
There would be no value in a 66FB anyway as fees would be as much or more than the value of the coin.
It would have to be a 67 to break even probably.
I suck at grading over 65. I don't really want a holder that costs more than the coin is worth. Thanks!

Test for "full bands."
Find old CD player. Install coin. Turn on. If you hear a Sousa march, it is "full bands." (Now -- where'd I put that sousaphone...?
BTW - nice photos; clear, sharp, etc.!
