    For a time I was picking up any circulated Maria Theresa talers I could fund at a reasonable price. I still don't know how to date them. Unlike most of the rest of those coins where the higher the grade the better, MTTs are more interesting and possibly older the more worn they are,

    I picked this up at a place we can not mention for fear of it being flagged spam. The set was put together and the cherry wood box with green felt bottom was perfect. Been in the market for a trade dollar and basically got the entire set for almost the cost of just one trade dollar. I been holding off for about 6 months now. only a couple left in stock so. Had to pull the trigger. I know its not UN or MS but can always upgrade over time.

    Love it, get some chop marked examples that you know got “traded” to round out the set!
