1942 PDS Washingtons for my Registry set

SkyManSkyMan Posts: 9,493 ✭✭✭✭✭

Here are the 1942 PDS Washingtons for my Registry set. All three coins are PCGS MS66. The 1942-D was imaged by Bob Campbell, and I think he did an excellent job. It sure is a lot harder to get decently toned Washingtons from the early 1940's than it is from the 1950's.

I really like the '42 Philly with that gunmetal/October sky toning. My favorite colors on modern silver. Very nice.

    All I can say is WOW ! ! !

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set:
    1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.
Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!

Almost all of what I've been posting previously have been raw coins for my A, B (and C) toner Danscos. These are my slabbed Registry coins, and at the top of my "pyramid".

These are great. I love these colors on silver Washingtons and seek them out myself for upgrades to my (much lower grade but worn and crusty) Washington album. Congratulations!
