Re: Cowboys
Well, I don't know where to start. Well, yes I do. The Cowboys need a new DC. You can have fluberpuss! What an idiot! I guess he didn't notice that someone needed to be put on a spy to Hurts. Hurts is NOT a good runner, yet he singlehandedly enabled the Eagles to get 2 of the 3 TD's in the first half. He was wide open every freaking time. I could run down the field if nobody was there to stop me. Put a spy on him and he never gets past the LOS running! Eagles lose this game and only score 7 points in first half if not for Hurts getting free runs.
Second, the taunting call. I hate the rule! But don't blame the zebras...blame the player! As stupid as it is, it is the rule and the players know it and still do it. Any time a player cost your team 15 yds on a bone head move after the play is dead.....he is to blame not the zebras!!!!
I remember watching Dick Butkus play a while back. He would pick QB's up and spike them and then stand over them and dare them to get up! That's 2 15 yarders now. Ruffing and taunting! How the game has changed!
Did the Boys miss Parsons?! I can't say YES loud enough! Great move Jerry!
And last but not least, the Cowboys have 2 better runners than Jayvonte......where were they??? And thank you Sanders (ex Eagle) for the turnover!
I can't wait for the next defensive game plan by fluberpuss. If I was the owner he would not have been allowed on the plane back to Dallas and Oh fluberpuss you are fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Over and out, Dimeman

Re: So I bought a raw 1950 proof half-dollar. GTP (guess the price) from lousy iPhone pics?
I paid $260! Both the seller and I graded it PR-63 "near cameo".
The one in my not-certified set is more like PR-64++ but has virtually no cameo whatsoever. It's possible I'll trade with this one.

Re: CoinNews.net: Whitman Unveils New Red Book Titles for Coin Collectors - Early Fall Releases.
This is not part of the Red Book series. I hope that it is out by the end of the year.

So strange.
I'd hunt for Beanie Babies using key words of Beanies where the listing was slightly mis-spelled. There was such an uproar in popularity that by the time I'd receive a shipment of this little stuffed creatures some had doubled in price. I still have a few of the "famous nine" (the original set of Beanies) I keep as a reminder of those times.
My grandmother owned an antique shop and was somehow all over beanie babies from the beginning. She made an absolute killing relative to her normal income during the peak of the craze, and when she finally cashed out she went to the Cadillac dealership and paid straight cash for a brand new Seville.
I’ll never forget how proud she was of that car.

Re: 1964 Lincoln penny mintmark coin
Well, the "coins" that you have there look like one single coin.
Today, right here you indeed did share them on a website, this website.
I didn't find any value in what you shared with us, but others may find value with what you've shared.
Good luck and good day.

Last night on Ebay I noticed an Ivan DeJesus error listed that also had a broken border. Sure enough they are both from the "C" sheet. I was able to find a bad image of the 1985 Topps "C" Sheet. The cards are in fact side by side. Royster sits at the right edge of the sheet. Ivan DeJesus to the left of Royster. Other cards that could possibly have broken border/blackless areas are Junior Ortiz (above Dejesus) and Jorge Orta (above Royster). The 1985 Topps Junior Ortiz partially missing border does exist although it's not easy to see against the purple. I finally found one after years of searching not knowing if it even exists.
Amazing!
Congratulations on that find
