Full disclosure - I own the coin and submitted it on Day 1 in Baltimore.
The FDOI - Baltimore label was ONLY available to BULK DEALER submission; not to general submissions (which I find absolutely rediculous; as the coin I submitted is technically a FDOI as well)
Oh well, better to have a POP 1 than a POP 11.Pretty hard to do a bulk submission of gold FHs.
It's not a bulk submission that qualifies it, it is a bulk dealer who has the privileges.
Re: Love my new 2025 Great Collections Calendar with some great coin images that are quite pleasing.
I'm very happy all of you are enjoying our 2025 calendar! They turned out great.
Re: W Quarter Pricing Continues To Be Strong Heading In To 2025
...which actually is not a totally bad thing for those that did the work to get them when the getting was good!
Re: Coins in the Cold - Question
Not really coins, but if I store anything in the freezer that is moisture sensitive I take it out of the freezer but don’t open the container until it equilibrates to room temperature to avoid condensation. Just like when you put ice in a drink and water condenses on the glass, things exposed to cold temperatures will experience condensation of water vapor when you place them into a warm environment.

Link, please? If that's a counterfeit, it's a really good one. There’s no rule that says a scammer can’t use photos of real coins in fraudulent listings.
There is a rule... but if you are committing fraud, you don't feel bound by rules.
Re: THE FAMOUS (or INfamous) "COIN UNO" GAME THREAD

This is a really fun thread. The only thing that bugs me are the album page pics with an arrow pointing to the coin played. That’s the same as holding out your full hand of cards. We see your full run of dates and mintmark so yeah, you win. Put a tad bit of effort into this by simply popping out your played coin all by itself. If that’s not feasible at least crop down to one coin. It will make the thread better, don’t you agree?
I try to use as many picture variations as possible and I think the album pics are cool. In this game, you rarely have time to edit a photo before you’re too late. It’s happened to me a few times And I’m like sh@!

I think NJ Coin just likes to press buttons. Probably not buying one coin himself but sure has alot to say.

Re: 230th Anniversary Flowing Hair High Relief Gold Coin (24YG)
Lets not get into the "piece of paper" discussion. There is at least 20 years of history on how that little piece of paper that says "First Strike" or "FDOI" of "Advanced Released" translates to higher prices for literally the same coins.

Re: Perplexed Grandpa wonders where all the 2024 Quarters are in Minnesota...
Aside from a few quarters, I haven't seen any 2024 coins in change.

I got a nice 10 pointer this Fall!! Other than that living in a rental home for the past couple weeks waiting for the new home to finish up. Moving has been a colossal pain - we lived in our prior house 20 years.
Moving is defintely a pain.
