Re: PCI Proof Franklin
Send the coin to PCGS in the PCI holder to be graded.
If the dividing line between AT and NT is .....................Intent....................... I wonder if PCGS would conclude the coin is AT (because the Intent of PCI at the time the coin was graded and placed into the PCI slab was to have the coin develop the toning imparted by the PCI holder materials).
I find the coin to be attractive (given that the toned central devices are framed by the multicolored peripheral toning). I suspect in hand under good lighting the coin will look even better than how it looks in the above photos.

Hypothetical scenario:
Party A gives Party B $15 million to buy gold.
Gold arrives.
Party A colludes with Party C to pick up gold using insider knowledge.
Party C picks up gold.
Party A shows at Party B with receipts for $15 million and says “Where’s my gold?”Still only a single score
He is either going to get replacement gold or an insurance check so double score. He has the original gold which the seller doesn't know about. You don't need to be a Perry Mason in order to figure it out.
No. He paid $15 million, Perry. He could end up with $30 million in gold, but he paid for half of it. It's a single "score".
Why did you address me rather than the person you are responding to?
He didn’t. He was addressing Perry Mason/ BAJJERFAN, who made a reference to the other “Perry”.

This coin is one of the most aesthetically pleasing original designs out in modern coinage and a real gold version seems like it has good potential. Now lets get a privy mark too
Nooooo, don't even put that out there, a privy mark would clutter up the "aesthetically pleasing" design...we do not need more privy marks.
Totally agree!
So over privey marks.

The way you do customer service is when the ship date hits you turn everything to processing. Does not mean all firms of payment are good, just means processing.Leaving orders on backorder does not give great confidence to the buyer his long wait is nearing an end.
Jeepers.
They may or may not have them all ready to go.

Oh my...the day just improved. Coin is in my inventory and back in the Registry. All the information came back also. I had forgotten that it was a David Lawrence coin from a while back. I want to thank everyone again...all the Big Boys came out. So far so good...take care...CC
I’m very glad to hear it worked out. That said, it’s unfortunate that you apparently received two different incorrect replies from PCGS representatives, which would have resulted in undesirable outcomes.

Re: Cheerios
Of course, not all dollar coins that came out of the cereal boxes are the valuable variety, but most were so hopefully/presumably you're OK.
