Which woman would you pick for a $20 dollar bill replacing dead presidents?

...Voters may choose from Alice Paul, Betty Friedan, Shirley Chisholm, Sojourner Truth Rachel Carson, Rosa Parks, Barbara Jordan, Margaret Sanger, Patsy Mink, Clara Barton, Harriet Tubman, Frances Perkins, Susan B. Anthony , Eleanor Roosevelt and Elizabeth Cady Stanton.

Soooo, replace dead presidents with dead women? That's better? It's different but I certainly would not call it better. Change just for the sake of change is rarely good in my opinion.

Let's get rid of DEAD/REAL people all together and return to some real art.

I have photographed her, even on her 29th birthday. I get the appeal but I would pass on putting some mid-grade driver on anything. image

haha - the transformation to "Belinda" would have to be finished first.

I wouldn't pick any of them, nor change it.

I can see some interest in a commemorative $1.00 bill perhaps with a rotating image, but unless they are going to redo the entire currency lineup, changing just one doesn't do much for me.

What's the big deal with having a woman on US currency all of a sudden? We've had Barbara Bush on the dollar bill forever. Oh, wait a minute. That's George Washington.

I would prefer they either leave it as is or if change is directed, it be a Lady Liberty representation.... My second comment would be that the list presented is inspired by political correctness and none (IMO) should be considered. Cheers, RickO
