Please do not make any extra threads on this subject matter in the Precious Metals forum.

This one thread will be active for all of JULY, 2010.

Once August comes around we can make a new thread and let this thread drop away to the pits of forum pergatory.

    WTB: 20 or so mylar sleeves for 1 oz. art bars. If they even produce them, I'd like 2 sleeves for 10 ounce bars, too.

    I bought some 1 ounce sleeves on eBay which were expensive, and found that they were low-quality, flimsy pieces of junk probably made of PVC.

    I believe they are all made of PVC...supposed to be used for short term usage. Direct fit holders are your best options, but a lot of 1 oz bars won't fit. Never heard of 10 oz sleeves for bars, let me know if you find some, because I can use them.

    It just seems odd considering they're cranking out 1-oz bars of Ag (and kilo, and 100 gram, etc) and 10 oz bars of Au, Pd, and Pt.

    If I understand correctly, neither JM nor Engelhard make 10 oz bars anymore. They'd be wide open for ultra-premium 1st tier 10 ozers.

    $32.80 face in Roosevelt dimes. These dimes weigh in at .722 compared to the average .715. Nice clean dimes. $415 delivered including priority shipping and delivery confirmation.

    ON HOLD $50 face in 1964D Washington quarters. These quarters also weigh in at .722. These were socked away back in 1964 and are very nice quarters, no "dirt". (22) will be bagged individually because they look uncirculated (these are not in the picture).
