I just wonder when PCGS is going to pull the plug on spot reviews. How much can they absorb? Can they buy back all the Anniv. sets? I think it's a matter of time before all the 20th Anniv. Sets start to milk, including mine that were vacuum sealed the day I received them. No spots yet, time will tell. -

If the image in the auction is an accurate representation, and the spots are on the coin and not the holder, it is more likely that the coin SHOULD have been dipped before submission. Those are opaque milk spots that can sometimes develop after… -

Not a high value here in a pr68, but a pr69 would be worth it. This is a tough grade. A pr69 had better have super clean fields with no milk spotting, zero hairlines/spotting, anything..... This one has to be very close to flawless... Very tough to find in Franklins, as they are notorious for hairlines which are a grade… -
