I'm sorry but to me the only 1/1 considered are actual 1/1 stamped cards and maybe the jersey number. Anything past that is just another serial number. -

no, topps introduced 2007 Moments & Milestones with every card in the set numbered to 150, and parallels to 29 or 1. As to favorable grading or not, I don’t have enough to say. I do know that this coin failed cross from an ugly purple TraderBea PCGS slab to a plain Jane NGC slab. So for a sample size of 1, it’s a possibility.
