Has either p.c.g.s. or n.g.c. ever graded a 19 th century type coin m.s. or proof 70 ?
A few years ago i saw a seated quarter for sale/auction {don't remember which] listed as n.g.c. proof 69, but i personally have never seen or heard of a coin from the 19 th century grading in at proof or mint state 70, anyone know if they ever did this ? If they didn't, did they ever grade any mint state 69's for that era ? -
