I sent in 2 coins with gold stickers and both coins did upgrade by one point. The 1938 was a Proof 66, I felt was a lock for a 67 and it came back as such, the 1941 was in a old green holder at a 65 and I really thought the coin would bump up 2 points, it bumped up to a Proof 66.
