It's not common (at least for me) but sometimes it's best to block certain people. This includes known scammers and spam profiles (you will get the occasional message from a new profile with a shady link-just like the junk emails that go to your spam folder; don't click those and just block them). -

Of course. But they are on a vacation. An employee relayed that they will help fix "my problem" when they return, having not understood the issue. If enough others report, one of the lower tier holiday weekend workers at eBay might actually step up and at least kill the listings. This same account has been routinely… -

Good news ebay okayed the return... Thought I’d give him some advice... not that it’s gonna make a difference. “Unknown” typo was fixed lol I blame ebay for even having a “unknown” option. It’s only used by scammers 99% of the time. -

In fairness, the only made up name that sounds made up that anyone has given so far is Qwert Bloo. I'm not sure I would want to mail the coin out in that case, as well. Too many scammers in the world, sadly. -

That 21 day hold can be gotten around by a scammer. All they have to do is send something to the buyer or just to that zip code with DC once the item shows delivered the money is released. I sent him a question about the Aaron rookie. -

He had a reserve in this auction, and also has one in the other auction he's running, (which is a relist because it didn't meet reserve the first time). Scammers rarely ever use reserves since their goal is to sell and run. Russ, NCNE -

You're welcome, Cameron. Yes, it is important to know what to look for but, It's most important to report the suspicious emails in a timely way, like immediately. It helps the investigation that will likely ensue immensely to bring the internet credit card/money account scammers to justice.
