Nope. It was definitely, 100% PVC. I just pulled it out of a dish of MS70 and cleaned it up. I bought it for spot, so I don't care. I didn't think to snap before pics of the milky green goo. -

No structures allow as it is BLM land but I can camp on the spot on top of the gold. No water within a mile from camp, so all water needs to be trucked in. Plus I just bought me a customized motel for my 4x4...... -
