1999 P PL Quarters
I was going through some boxes and found 11 of the actual "first strike" or First issue quarters and as I was looking at this one it stands out so I checked and found that there is a Proof Like designation for the P mint and there's only 1 in population .. My question is, what are the qualifications for PL designation? -

RIP - Paul Lindblad August 1, 1941 - January 1, 2006
Paul was one of my favorite fellow coin collectors before he became ill with alzheimers. I bought quite a few obw rolls from him back in the 1970's and 1980's. He was a heck of a major league baseball player too! May he rest in peace. -

For 2 Sacs, 1 half, 1 quarter and 3 pennies I got...
