I agree with the comments that the "investor" always thinks that the scammer is the person who tells them truthfully that the coins aren't worth what they paid. I find that fascinating. -

Do a search for "cardboardpimping" on these forums. Someone linked this ebay ID to Kevin Burge. The ID Cardboardpimping was also called out by Tuff Stuff Magazine as being a scammer. -

It sucks that your feedback rating is suffering because you expose scammers but it is highly commendable. Just goes to show how little that feedback percentile really means. -

The silver state quarters came in proof sets, not rolls, so I doubt you'll find any original ones unless it's being offered by an eBay scammer.
